Design
It all starts with a consultation where we will walk through the project area, discuss your desires for the space, and talk through a design. From there we will send a detailed quote and plant list. Once approved, we will start on a detailed design laid out to scale.
$150 one hour consultation for new clients. If a new client goes forward with a design or install, this fee will be deducted from design total.
$1,000 flat fee for a custom landscape design of your property. Includes 1 revision
Installation
Like what you see? We will handle everything from here. Our crew has generational experience with installs and and maintenance and is comprised of licensed irrigation specialists, masons, and welders. They are wonderful at what they do! Your designer, Charlotte, will be there managing the installation every step of the way.
Our management fee is 25% of project cost.
Maintenance
We specialize in low maintenance landscape designs and installations. However nothing is zero maintenance. We highly recommend seasonal maintenance for the fist year post install to help your garden get established. This service includes treating and removing weeds, seasonal cutbacks and pruning (up to 8ft for trees), irrigation checks, and debris and leaf haul off.
